According to the power generating speed bump based on the leadless piezoelectric ceramics, the piezoelectric vibrators are made by using the leadless piezoelectric ceramics and charges generated by the piezoelectric vibrators are converted into direct current voltage by using the rectifying circuit to be output; therefore, the vibrating energy of an automobile during passing through the speed bump is converted into electric energy so as to satisfy daily power supply requirements of road traffic signal lights.
