[0020] The lotus mist transcriptome data comes from the results of Illumina high-throughput deep sequencing of the fruit in 2016 by our research group. During the sequencing, the fruits of three varieties of Lianwu, namely 'Zihong', 'Black Pearl' and 'Green Diamond', were collected. For each variety, 20 Lianwu fruits from 3 different individual plants were collected, quick-frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at -80°C. .
