Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses an interactive method, an interactive device and an interactive system in an electronic commerce application program and belongs to the field of mobile terminals. The interaction method comprises the steps of receiving interactive virtual goods sent to an interactive channel of an electronic commerce application program by a merchant account, wherein the interactive channel is a group set configured to realize instant messaging between the merchant account and at least one user account and the interactive channel has corresponding goods categories in the electronic commerce application program; determining the user account in the interactive channel; and sending the interactive virtual goods to the user account in the interactive channel. According to the interactive method, the interactive device and the interactive system in the electronic commerce application program, through increasing of the interactive channel which supports instant messaging, the merchant account sends the interactive virtual goods to the user account which is interested in a certain goods category through the interactive channel, the real-time interaction between the merchant account and the user account is realized, and the user account can intensively and efficiently acquire related information of the interested goods category through the interactive channel, and the communication form and communication efficiency between a user and a merchant are enriched.
