Embodiment 1

[0060] The basic data of pregnant women collected and registered are as follows: pregnant women, 27 years old, without absolute contraindications to vaginal delivery. Previous pregnancy and childbirth situation: 1. Pregnancy 3 and 1, 38 weeks of pregnancy; 2. Scarred uterus. There is no history of vaginal delivery in the past, so the value of vaginal delivery history is 1, the height is 160cm, the pre-pregnancy BMI is 22.27, and the admission BMI before delivery is 28.13. The success rate of vaginal delivery calculated by adopting the mathematical prediction model of the present invention is 99.7%, and pregnant women are encouraged to try vaginal delivery. Delivery result: a live baby boy was delivered in the left anterior vagina, the mother had a first-degree perineal tear, and the mother and child were safe.

Embodiment 2

[0062] The basic data of pregnant women collected and registered are as follows: pregnant women, 20 years old, without absolute contraindications to vaginal delivery. Previous maternity situation: 1. Pregnancy 3 and 1 pregnancy 38+4 weeks; 2. Scarred uterus. There is no history of vaginal delivery in the past, so the value of vaginal delivery history is 1, the height is 160cm, the pre-pregnancy BMI is 24.27, and the admission BMI before delivery is 29.04. The success rate of vaginal delivery calculated by adopting the mathematical prediction model of the present invention is 92.80%, and pregnant women are encouraged to try vaginal delivery. Delivery result: A live male baby was delivered in the left anterior vagina, with mild postpartum hemorrhage (uterine atony), and the mother and child were safe after treatment.

Embodiment 3

[0064] The basic data of pregnant women collected and registered are as follows: pregnant woman, 25 years old, previous pregnancy and childbirth status: 1. The previous cesarean section was a transverse incision in the lower uterine segment. The indication for cesarean section does not exist, and there is no new indication for cesarean section in this pregnancy, and the conditions for vaginal delivery are met; 3. This delivery is 48 months away from the previous cesarean section. 4. Pregnancy 4 and 2 pregnancy 39+1 week; 5. Premature rupture of membranes; 6. Hypertension during pregnancy; 7. Scarred uterus. There is no history of vaginal delivery in the past, so the value of vaginal delivery history is 1, the height is 157cm, the pre-pregnancy BMI is 25.6, and the admission BMI before delivery is 30.82. The success rate of vaginal delivery calculated by adopting the mathematical prediction model of the present invention is 98.18%, and pregnant women are encouraged to try vagin...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method and a system for predicting the success rate of delivery of a scar uterine. The method comprises the steps of: carrying out basic data collection and registration on a pregnant woman who is enrolled in the hospital, wherein the basic data comprises age, height, the pre-pregnancy BMI, the BMI in hospital, and the history record of vaginal delivery; collecting cervix maturity parameters of the pregnant woman who is enrolled in the hospital, wherein the cervix maturity parameters comprise the degree of dilation of the cervix and the degree of disappearance of the cervical canals; and taking the collected parameters as input parameters to input into a trained mathematical prediction model for calculation, and finally obtaining the success rate of vaginal delivery of the pregnant woman. The method and system disclosed by the present invention have a high success rate of prediction and good feasibility, is easy to obtain the data that is required to be collected, is very applicable to the actual situation of scar uterine pregnancy in our country, and can be widely used in the field of data analysis of obstetrics and gynecology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of data analysis, in particular to a method and system for predicting the success rate of childbirth in a scarred uterus. Background technique [0002] Glossary: [0003] BMI: Body Mass Index, referred to as Body Mass Index, English is BodyMassIndex, referred to as BMI, is the number obtained by dividing the weight in kilograms by the square of the height in meters. [0004] Pregnant women with scarred uterus are women who have a history of cesarean section or myomectomy and are pregnant again. When pregnant women with scarred uterus attempt vaginal delivery again at term, severe maternal and fetal adverse outcomes such as uterine rupture and neonatal asphyxia may occur. Therefore, if there is a relevant prediction method to predict the success rate, it is very meaningful for clinical guidance. At present, relevant research has been carried out abroad. Through the statistics of large sample size, the prediction of ...
