Abstract

The invention discloses a hardware-in-loop experiment platform for an electric control system of a liquefied petroleum gas engine, and the experiment platform comprises an upper computer system which is provided with a built-in liquefied petroleum gas engine simulation subsystem and a built-in communication and sensor signal reproduction collection subsystem. The liquefied petroleum gas engine simulation subsystem is used for calculating the state data of the liquefied petroleum gas engine under various working conditions. The communication and sensor signal reproduction collection subsystem is used for receiving calculation data, converting the calculation data into a sensor signal, transmitting the sensor signal to a liquefied petroleum gas engine electric control system, and collecting, transmitting, displaying and storing related signals. The experiment table can achieve various types of testing of the liquefied petroleum gas engine electric control system, solves problems of high danger coefficient, high cost, long period and poor repeatability in a development process of the liquefied petroleum gas engine electric control system during installation testing through a real machine, and provides a reliable test platform for the control strategy research and the algorithm design and verification of the liquefied petroleum gas engine electric control system.
