Problems solved by technology

These gasification furnace processes require the use of lump coal, and the particle size of the incoming coal is generally 6-100mm; the gasification temperature increases, the gas production rate increases, the effective components in the gas increase, and the calorific value of the gas increases, but the gasification temperature is affected by the gasification temperature. The limitation of the melting point of lump coal ash, when the gasification temperature exceeds the melting point of lump coal ash, the air permeability of the fixed bed gasifier will be reduced, resulting in slagging of the gasifier ash, and the gasifier cannot operate normally
Some coals in my country have low ash melting points, and when used for coal gasification, there are problems such as low gasification temperature and low gasification efficiency. The gasification efficiency of the furnace, thereby reducing the cost of gas production, is an important problem to be solved in the development of lump coal gasification technology

Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing a coal gas through lump coal gasification. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a first type of lump coal of which the ash fusion point is 1400-1600 DEG C with a second type of lump coal of which the ash fusion point is 800-1300 DEG C at a weight ratio of (0.5-9):(1-9.5) so as to obtain mixed coal; and (2) putting the mixed coal into a fixed bed gasifier for a gasification reaction, thereby obtaining the coal gas, wherein the first type of lump coal and the second type of lump coal are both selected from any one or more of high volatile bituminous coal, low volatile bituminous coal and anthracite. As the two types of lump coal of different ash fusion points are mixed, the problems that the gasification temperature of the gasifier can be limited and furthermore the gasification efficiency of the gasifier can be limited when single lump coal of a low ash fusion point is gasified can be solved, the overall ash fusion point of the lump coal can be increased when the lump coal of the low ash fusion point is gasified to produce the coal gas, the gasification temperature of the gasifer can be increased, furthermore the air permeability of the gasifier can be improved, the gasifier can be prevented from ash caking, the gasification efficiency can be improved, and the production cost of the coal gas can be lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of coal, and in particular relates to a method for producing coal gas by gasifying lump coal. Background technique [0002] General lump coal fixed-bed gasification technology includes single-stage fixed-bed gasifier, two-stage fixed-bed gasifier and pressurized fixed-bed gasifier. These gasification furnace processes require the use of lump coal, and the particle size of the incoming coal is generally 6-100mm; as the gasification temperature increases, the gas production rate increases, the effective components in the gas increase, and the calorific value of the gas increases, but the gasification temperature is limited by the gasification temperature. Due to the limitation of the melting point of lump coal ash, when the gasification temperature exceeds the melting point of lump coal ash, the air permeability of the fixed bed gasifier will decrease, resulting in slagging of the gasifier ash and the gasifier cannot op...
