Abstract

The invention discloses an objective evaluation method for data-driving user experience in a video business. The method comprises the steps of firstly finding a factor influencing the user experience in the video business, and determining an end-to-end parameter having large influence on the user experience; then extracting a video encoding parameter, a network damage parameter and a user terminal parameter; and acquiring a user experience evaluation model in the video business by using a statistics-based method according to the extracted end-to-end parameter, thus acquiring an objective computation method for the user experience, which means outputting an objective MOS value. According to the method provided by the invention, the problem that in existing methods, the output objective MOS value used for evaluating the user experience is not highly related to a user subjective MOS value, and poor in prediction accuracy and generalization ability is solved. By using the method provided by the invention, an optimal fitting curved surface is found according to a sample point without providing a function to be fit in advance. In addition, the problem of objectifying the subjective problem can be effectively solved, and the acquired objective MOS value is highly accordant with the user subjective experience.
