The method comprises the following steps of selecting N reference rings and respectively computing to obtain an impedance compensation factor between the reference rings in each reference ring group; utilizing the impedance compensation factor to respectively compute to obtain an attenuation difference between the reference rings in each reference ring group; utilizing the attenuation difference to compute to obtain an error value of the current reference ring; utilizing the error value of the current reference ring to compute a correction parameter of the current reference ring; and calibrating the current reference ring according to the correction parameter of the current reference ring. The impedance compensation factor is utilized to compensate the attenuation difference between the reference rings, so that the influence of the impedance of the reference ring on a measuring result can be eliminated, and then the correction parameter obtained by computation is utilized to calibrate the reference ring, so that the influence on a testing result of a transponder is reduced.
