The treatment devices are connected with the bottoms of the rainwater collecting and filtering unit through the filter water inlet pipes, multiple stages of treatment device are arranged, and the treatment devices are used for treating chemical impurities and biological impurities in rainwater; the induction adjusters are arranged on the treatment devices, and used for adjusting the power of the treatment devices according to the amount of rainfall; the rainwater treated through the treatment devices is output to the water tank.
