Problems solved by technology

However, the price of phosphorus-containing compounds is high, and the use of phosphorus-containing compounds to manufacture copper-clad laminates is susceptible to moisture, which affects heat resistance; nitrogen and phosphorus synergistically flame-retardant, and the combustion products contain a large amount of phosphorus-containing substances, causing pollution to the environment

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of copper-clad plate production and particularly relates to a preparation method of a halogen-free, non-phosphorus, environment-friendly flame-retardant composite matrix copper-clad plate. According to the invention, two new nitrogen-containing phenolic resins are fully utilized in coordination with other fillers to ensure the flame retardance, machinability and other basic properties of the copper-clad plate, where nitrogen-containing phenolic resin A has the characteristics of high nitrogen content, low molecular weight and intersolubility with water in any ratio, and nitrogen-containing phenolic resin B has the characteristics of high nitrogen content and good flexibility. The copper-clad plate produced according to the invention has the following halogen content: less than or equal to 0.09% of nitrogen, less than or equal to 0.09% of bromine, or less than or equal to 0.15% in total of nitrogen and bromine, thus meeting the halogen-free requirement, and has no any phosphorus compound added therein with a phosphorus content of less than or equal to 0.1%. The copper-clad plate produced according to the invention has flame retardance meeting the requirement of FV0 grade and achieves no halogen, no phosphorus and environmental protection with reduced cost and significantly improved heat resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of copper-clad laminate production, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a halogen-free, phosphorus-free, environment-friendly and flame-retardant composite base copper-clad laminate. Background technique [0002] Copper clad laminates are widely used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (referred to as PCBs) for various household appliances, electronic information products and industrial electronic products. As the substrate material of printed circuit boards, it plays the three major functions of carrying electronic components, forming conductive circuit patterns, and insulating between layers and lines. It is an important electronic basic material. [0003] The flame retardancy of CCL is one of the important safety performances of electronic products. Halogen-based flame-retardant materials (including Cl, Br) have been used in the printed circuit substrate industry for many years d...
