Abstract

The invention discloses filler particles for improving the quality of aquaculture water and purifying tail water, and a preparation method of the filler particles. The filler particles are prepared through the following steps: mixing biomass with coal, iron-rich substances, a catalyst and an adhesive to obtain a mixture; performing granulation on the mixture; performing anaerobic carbonization; and performing microporous sintering to obtain the filler particles. Through the adoption of the filler particles, an eutrophied element, namely nitrogen, can be removed from a water body; especially, the rate of removing ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, which are harmful to fish, is high; and besides, the filter particles have a permanent removing effect on phosphorus in the water body. The invention further discloses a reactor comprising the filler particles. Besides the filler particles, an aerator pipe is also arranged in the reactor, so that the oxygen dissolved in the water bodies can be rapidly increased, and fish faeces and feed residuals in settlings can be degraded; and besides, residual fish medicines and hormones can also be degraded, so that the quality of the aquaculture water is effectively improved, and the aquaculture tail water is purified.
