The device comprises a face diagnosis camera obscura, a light source system and a driving circuit system. The side face of a face diagnosis camera obscura body is provided with a face information collecting window, an infrared video camera, a digital camera and the light source system are installed inside the face diagnosis camera obscura body, and an infrared camera is installed between the face window and the light source system and is responsible for collection of face infrared imaging; the digital camera is right opposite to the face information collecting widow and responsible for collection of patient face image information; the driving circuit system comprises a computer, a displayer, USB interfaces, a power supply module and a control circuit. The infrared camera and the digital camera are connected with the computer through the USB interfaces, and the control circuit can control switches of the infrared camera, the digital camera, the light source and a fan.
