Benefits of technology

The inventors have developed an improved method called LAMBDA by combining both precision measurement techniques like spectrometry or fluorescence analysis and their ability to identify bacterial strains quickly during symptoms on infected plants. This allows them to detect small amounts of harmful microorganisms earlier than traditional methods such as culture and histology are able to provide reliable data about diseases caused by these organism's metabolites. Additionally, this new technique has been shown to work well even when there may exist other types of damage due to environmental factors affecting plant growth. Overall, LAMLA improves the accuracy and effectiveness of identifying viruses causing various forms of foodborne illness through genetic material discovery technologies.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes how teap White Scab can cause harm if taken by humans or animals during certain periods due to its ability to infect plants through various methods like bacteria called Tritonema spp., causing them to die quickly from overwinterings without being noxious themselves. However, current diagnostic tools have limitations when identifying vegetable crops because they require multiple steps before detect any signs related to this problem.

Abstract

The invention relates to a molecular detection method of tea white scab leaves. The method comprises the following steps: designing a primer pair according to the characteristics of the DNA sequence of tea white scab germ; collecting tea leaves and performing separation and purification culture with elsinoe; extracting the tea white scab germ genome DNA in the culture solution by use of a fungal genome DNA kit; performing specific LAMP amplification reaction by adopting the genome DNA as a template; and adding a fluorescent dye into the reaction system to judge whether the collected tea leaves suffer from tea white scab. In the invention, the molecular identification integrates the precise quantification of the spectrum technology and the specificity and sensitivity of DNA hybridization; and in a process of germ inspection, through comparison with morphologic observation and germ separation re-inoculation identification, quick identification of the early no-symptom stage of tea white scab can be realized, and batch sample identification can be accurately finished in 2 days, so that the timely and accurate control of diseases is facilitated, and the quality and efficiency of a tea garden are effectively improved.
