The production method comprises the following steps of S1, material preparation; S2, mixing; S3, wire core installation; S4, punching; and S5, sealing and forming. With the cable provided by the invention, various purposes required by municipal landscaping can be integrated at one time, so that the trouble brought by laying for many times is avoided; and moreover, the cable can be used for detecting a temperature in the cable in real time by a temperature measurement optical fiber, thus, an air guide groove is filled with a cooling gas by an air guide core, and active temperature reduction of the cable is achieved.
