Abstract

The invention discloses a device for pretreatment of baled straw before fermentation by using sewage and an application thereof. The device includes a sewage recovery pool and a feeding pool; one end of the feeding pool is provided with a soaking tank; a pair of dredging wheels are arranged at the intersection of the soaking tank and the feeding pool; the soaking tank is provided with a rotating press wheel and rolling shafts arrayed equidistantly in order, the tail end of the soaking tank is provided with an inclined slope gently rising, the width of the soaking tank is more than that of the baled straw, and the depth of the soaking tank is more than the height of the baled straw; the horizontal planes of the feeding pool and the soaking tank are constant and are located at a control line close to the lower edge of the rolling shafts in the soaking tank; a drain port is located on the inclined slope at the tail end of the soaking tank; the water level of the sewage recovery pool is lower than that of the feeding pool, and sewage of the sewage recovery pool is lifted to the feeding pool through a pump.
