Abstract

A floor noise management device comprises a monitoring device (1), a volume sensing device (2) set on each floor, the volume sensing device (2) detecting the volume and sound levels of the floors from time to time, and a warning module (3) which is arranged on each volume sensing device (2) and connected with the network of a property management center. When floor noise management device is in use and the volume sensing devices (2) detect that the ambient sound volume of each floor exceeds a set value, the linked warning modules (3) send a warning message to the property management center to indicate floor noise interference. The means of the warning message could be sound or LED light display. A volume tracking device (4) is provided to automatically identify and lock the noise transmission scope when the sound volume is analyzed to be exceeding the set value. Sound level of each floor can be monitored smartly. Abnormity when occurs can be timely stopped to prevent nuisance persons and provide a quiet and comfortable office environment.
