The card distributing device comprises a conveying mechanism and at least two card storage and discharging mechanisms; the conveying mechanism includes a conveyor belt and pushing blocks arranged on the conveying surface of the conveyor belt; the card storage and discharging mechanisms are distributed sequentially along the card feeding direction of the conveyor belt; each card storage and discharging mechanism includes a card storage box which is arranged above the conveyor belt and is used for storing cards, and a driving assembly which is used for driving the card storage box to move downwards and approach the conveyor belt so as to make the card storage box be in a discharging state and is used for driving the card storage box to move upwards and move away from the conveyor belt so as to make the card storage box be in a to-be-fed state; and a side surface of the bottom of each card storage box, which faces the card feeding direction of the conveyor belt, is provided with a discharging opening and a through opening which allows the corresponding pushing block to pass under the discharging state and push cards out from the discharging opening.
