The process of PI control on a difference value between voltages of two ends of a DC-side capacitor and a voltage reference value is substituted by auto-disturbance-rejection control on the voltages of the two ends of the DC-side capacitor and the voltage reference value, and the auto-disturbance-rejection control is used for determining state quantity and disturbance quantity of a three-phase active power filter according to the voltages of the two ends of the DC-side capacitor and the DC-side voltage reference value and generating a control current for feedback according to the state quantity and the disturbance quantity. The auto-disturbance-rejection control adopted by the invention does not dependent on an accurate mathematical model of the system, a non-linear factor, an uncertain parameter, system external disturbance and the like which are neglected during modeling in the control process are observed by an expansion state observer and are eliminated by a feedback link, so that an error caused by the neglect of the non-linear factor can be prevented.
