The present invention discloses a hierarchically-networked broadband trunking communication system and a point-to-point calling method thereof. The broadband trunking communication system comprises at least a first trunking core network, a second trunking core network and a third trunking core network; the first trunking core network and the second trunking core network are not only responsible for local trunking calling scheduling services, but also responsible for communicating with the third trunking core network; and the third trunking core network is not only responsible for local trunking calling scheduling services, but also responsible for trunking calling service control of the first trunking core network or the second trunking core network and trunking calling service control between the first trunking core network and the second trunking core network. The present invention also discloses a point-to-point calling method of the hierarchically-networked broadband trunking communication system.
