In the process that the disconnecting valve blocks of the disconnecting branch are closed one by one, whether a fault occurs in a line is detected after that the present disconnecting valve block is closed; if NO, the next disconnecting valve block is closed till all the disconnecting valve blocks are connected; and if YES, all the closed disconnecting valve blocks are disconnected, closing operation is ended, and fault information is reported. Controlled charging of the line can be realized in the DC breaker closing process, and overvoltage generated by closing operation is reduced.
