Abstract

The invention provides a pulse width modulation closed loop control circuit for a speed regulation module. The pulse width modulation closed loop control circuit for the speed regulation module comprises a load, a control circuit, a low-pass filter circuit, a difference amplifier, a comparison circuit, an oscillator and a speed regulation circuit, wherein the first end of the load is connected to a power supply VBAT; the second end of the load is grounded through the speed regulation circuit; the control circuit outputs a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal; the low-pass filter circuit is connected with the output end of the control circuit and is used for converting the PWM (pulse width modulation) signal to a direct-current signal and outputting the direct-current signal; the difference amplifier carries out sampling and amplifying on voltages at the two ends of the load and outputs an amplifying signal; the comparison circuit compares the amplifying signal to the direct-current signal and outputs a difference signal; the duty ratio of the PWM signal output by the output end of the oscillator is regulated according to the difference signal; and the output end of the speed regulation circuit is connected with the second end of the load. According to the pulse width modulation closed loop control circuit for the speed regulation module, pulse width modulation control is carried out on the speed regulation module, so that the voltages at the two ends of a fan are still stable when the voltage of the power supply varies, and the wind speed is stably controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of circuit design, in particular to a pulse width modulation closed-loop control circuit of a speed regulating module. Background technique [0002] The fan of the existing automobile air-conditioning system adopts the speed regulating module to regulate the fan speed. The speed control module generally uses a pulse width modulation (PWM, Pulse Width Modulation) signal for open-loop control. [0003] For the circuit diagram of the existing speed control module control circuit, see figure 1 , where Q is the speed regulation module, which controls the load fan. The control circuit outputs a pulse width modulation PWM signal to control the on-off of the triode U, and then control the switch of the speed regulating module. The control circuit controls the voltage at both ends of the fan by adjusting the duty ratio of the pulse width modulation PWM signal, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the wind ...
