Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: receiving a request of sending a heartbeat message from the client, and acquiring a login state identifier of the client; judging the login state of the client according to the login state identifier; and determining whether to send the heartbeat message to the server or not according to the login state. Through adoption of the method, the login state of the client is judged through the acquired login state identifier in order to determine whether to send the heartbeat message to the server by an SDK (Software Development Kit) or not, so that the problem of communication exception between the client and the server since a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) connection between the client and the server is not broken and the SDK continually sends the heartbeat message to the server after the client logs out is solved.
