A plurality of data acquisition and transmission SOCs and a central node which are located within a same ZigBee network are installed at appropriate portions of a water pump in a distributed mode; each data acquisition and transmission SOC at least comprises a data acquisition device, a ZigBee terminal or full-functional device and a battery, wherein if the data acquisition device is in an analog quantity mode, an analog to digital converter further needs to be integrated in the data acquisition and transmission SOC; and a ZigBee network coordinator with a receiving and transmitting function and a self-programming operation function is arranged at the central node, and used for controlling connection and disconnection of a motor power source through a relay-driven circuit.
