Problems solved by technology

In the construction industry, the test method of drying shrinkage of materials is mainly carried out with reference to the ring method and the "Basic Performance Test Method of Building Mortar" (JGJ70-2009), but this method is not suitable for very low foundation strength, drying shrinkage, and easy cracking. Plastering materials, so a new test method is needed to make up for the lack of test methods in the standard

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing the air shrinkage resistant performance of a plastering material, and belongs to the field of construction material performance tests. According to a test mix ratio, slurry of a plastering material is moulded; the cracks of a plastering material layer are classified according to the lengths and areas of the cracks; and the cracks, whose widths and lengths are in a same range, in different areas are counted. The provided method can avoid the situation that the data error of tests using a length method or a circular ring method is large when a sample is broken due to air shrinkage. Moreover, the technology is simple, the operation is safe, the actual cracking resistant performance of a plastering material is well simulated, and the requirements on an operator are low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of performance testing of building materials, and is mainly suitable for analyzing the anti-drying shrinkage ability of plastering materials with large drying shrinkage. Background technique [0002] In the macro performance of building materials, especially plastering materials, the ability to resist drying shrinkage is a very important reference index. Plastering materials, so a new test method is needed to make up for the lack of test methods in the standard. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to address the shortcomings of the prior art, and discloses a test method s...
