The system comprises a compression refrigerating device, an intermediate heat regenerator, a first throttling unit and an evaporator unit. A heat flow inlet of the intermediate heat regenerator is connected with a first outlet of the compression refrigerating device through a pipeline, and a heat flow outlet of the intermediate heat regenerator is connected to an inlet of the evaporator unit through the first throttling unit. A first cold flow inlet of the intermediate heat regenerator communicates with an outlet of the evaporator unit through a pipeline, and a cold flow outlet of the intermediate heat regenerator is connected with an inlet of the compression refrigerating device through a pipeline. A second outlet of the compression refrigerating device communicates with a second cold flow inlet of the intermediate heat regenerator through an oil freezing prevention unit.
