In the upper model, the minimization of unit total cost is taken as the objective function, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize the total output power of the centralized charging stations and the thermal power units as a whole at each time, the output power of each unit at each time is optimally dispatched by means of comprehensive sensitivity. In the lower model, the network loss optimization is taken the objective function, the output power of each centralized charging station at each time is optimally distributed by means of network loss sensitivity. The unit total cost and the network total loss are calculated based on the solved output power of each unit and each centralized charging station at each time.
