Seem from a building function, the upper cover and the lower cover are both large-span structures for providing possibility for building of various office spaces. The lateral stiffness of frame shear wall structures of the lower cover is far higher than that of steel structures of the upper cover, so that structure systems with different forms are helpful to control the rigidity change between upper and lower floors. In addition, the upper cover adopts the steel structures, can relieve self weight, is convenient for factory machining, and quickens the construction progress.
