An identifier setting method and system of the beacon device of the invention are a method and system for allocating an identifier of a beacon device based on a low-power Bluetooth protocol. The method includes: a step of requesting to allocate an identifier (ID) value in which a request for the identifier (ID) value for setting the identifier (ID) value of the beacon device is transmitted to a beacon device identifier (ID) management server via a data communication terminal which is capable of accessing a data communication network; a step of providing the identifier (ID) value in which the beacon device identifier (ID) management server which has received the request for allocating the identifier (ID) value provides the identifier (ID) value to the data communication terminal; and a step of setting the identifier (ID) value in which the data communication terminal which has been provided with the identifier (ID) value sets the identifier (ID) value of the beacon device by providing the beacon device the identifier (ID) value of which is to be set with the identifier (ID) value.
