The apparatus for simulated stock trading is suitable to be applied in a computing device. The apparatus comprises a display unit and a trading unit. The display unit, starting from a historical period of a simulated transaction, updates in order and presents the historical data of at least one stock along with a progressing process in a certain time unit. The historical data of each stock comprises at least one of the following items: K line parameters, indexes parameters, bidding prices, financial data, news, major stock holder's holding information, and financial indexes. The trading unit allows a user to trade stocks according to the trading instructions a user inputs. It also records corresponding transaction results.
