The method comprises the following steps: receiving surplus flow information of at least one flow provider, wherein the surplus flow information comprises account information of the flow provider, and an account of the flow provider can be identified by a service provider and can obtain flow service from the service provider; receiving a flow use application of a flow user, wherein the flow use application comprises a flow value applied for use; and providing the surplus flow information of the at least one flow provider for the flow user. According to the invention, a bridge is provided for realizing flow sharing between a user with a surplus flow and a user with an insufficient flow; the user with the sufficient flow does not have to purchase a flow from a telecommunication service provider at a quite high price, and his cost is saved; and the surplus flow value of the user with the surplus flow can be utilized fully, and thus waste is avoided.
