Embodiment Construction

[0023] In order to make the objects and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0024] figure 1 It is an authentication mechanism process between APs. The purpose of this authentication is to let neighboring APs know each other's existence and obtain each other's logical communication interface. The process includes:

[0025] Step 101: The AP broadcasts a "hello" message to tell the neighbor AP the existence of the node, and the content of the message body is 01;

[0026] Step 102: After the neighbor AP receives the "hello" message broadcast by the AP, if it replies with a "welcome" message within 1s, the content of the message is 02, which means that it already knows the existence of the AP, then go to step 103, if the AP within 1s If no reply from the neighbor AP is received, then enter step 104;

[0027] Step 103: After receiving the "welcome"...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for multi-AP joint control user (STA) balanced access during WiFi communication. The method includes the following steps: authentication is established periodically between neighbor APs through a three-way handshake mechanism; when an STA initiate association requests to an AP, the AP obtains the number of times for which the STA is rejected by the AP and the number of STAs accessed to a neighbor AP and the load condition, a weight is calculated according to the situations of the three, and the weight of itself and that of the neighbor AP are compared to decide whether to allow access of the STA. Realization of the method guarantees balanced access of users under multiple APs, reasonably distributes the number of users under the multiple APs, effectively avoids transmission conflicts generated due to a too large user number under a single AP, thereby improving application performance of a system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to a method for multi-AP joint control of user (STA) balanced access in a WiFi network. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, WiFi network has been widely used in various military and civilian fields. However, in the current WiFi network, there is a lack of balancing control methods for the number and load of STAs connected to multiple APs, which often leads to a large number of users connected to an AP or a heavy load, while the number of users connected to neighboring APs This will not only cause unreasonable resource utilization, but also affect the transmission performance of the entire WiFi network. [0003] Therefore, there is a need for a solution to balance the number and load of user access under each AP in a WiFi network, which can solve the above-mentioned related problems.
