Problems solved by technology

But in the dyeing of natural dyes, there are still many problems: such as monotonous hue, poor color fastness, etc.
[0004] With the popularization and promotion of tea beverages, the rapid development of tea production and tea market, in the process of tea planting and production, a large number of tea farms trim branches and leaves and waste tea powder from tea factories, which is a pity and even pollutes the environment. Low efficiency and poor value

specific Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for dyeing textiles containing enzymatic tea pigments, using laccase to catalyze oxidation reaction with catechins in Pu-erh tea tea pigments to increase the conjugated structure and deepen the color of the pigments to provide pigments for ecological dyeing of textiles; the specific operations are as follows:

[0024] (1) Extraction of tea dyeing solution: divided into water extraction and alkaline extraction:

[0025] a. Water extraction method: put 1.00g of Pu'er tea in a beaker filled with 100mL of distilled water, heat to boil and continue to heat for 60 minutes to extract the tea pigment, filter to remove the sediment after the extraction, and centrifuge to take the upper solution to obtain tea dye;

[0026] b. Alkaline extraction method: put 1.00g of Pu'er tea in a beaker filled with 100mL of distilled water, add a certain amount of baking soda to adjust the pH to 8, heat to boil and continue heating for 60 minutes to extract the tea pigment, and filter a...

Abstract

The invention relates to a dyeing method for a textile containing enzymatic tea pigments, belongs to the field of ecological dyeing and finishing of textiles, and aims to apply laccase to preparation of tea pigments of pu'er tea. Tea leaves mainly comprise catechinic acid serving as pigment substances, and the catechinic acid substance contains phenolic hydroxyl which easily generates polymerization, oxidization and condensation. Laccase has a catalytic oxidization characteristic, so that polyphenols substances of catechinic acid generate catalytic reaction to form the tea pigments; the tea pigments can be applied to ecological dyeing for various textiles. By use of the dyeing method, better pigments can be provided for ecological finishing and processing of the textiles, so that the dyeing performance of the ecological textiles can be improved, and the ecological environment protection idea can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ecological dyeing and finishing of textiles, and in particular relates to a method for dyeing textiles containing enzymatic tea pigment. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of science and the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people begin to advocate the pursuit of a healthy, comfortable and high-quality lifestyle. In recent years, various ecological textiles have been booming, especially in the dyeing of textiles. Eco-friendly dyes are the key to ensuring the ecological performance of textiles. The trend of green environmental protection is rising all over the world, some chemically synthesized dyes are banned, people's awareness of environmental protection is enhanced, and countries around the world have introduced environmental protection laws and regulations. These environmental problems have attracted more and more people's attention; Noxious, good biodegradability and env...
