The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-measured image, wherein the to-be-measured image comprises a plurality of textons; based on one or more groups of circular operators, performing image edge extraction calculation on a texton in the to-be-measured image from multiple directional angles, wherein the texton is matched with the size of an operator template in a current circular operator group, so as to obtain an edge identification value of a central pixel point of the texton; and performing binarization processing on the edge identification value of each central pixel point in the to-be-measured image, so as to obtain an edge extraction result of the to-be-measured image.
