Abstract
The invention discloses a method for simultaneously measuring contents of common pesticides in cigarette mainstream smoke, comprising the steps: capturing smoke, extracting a target in a fiberglass filter, purifying N-propylethylenediamine, preparing a standard reserve liquid and a standard working liquid, and measuring by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. For 11 common pesticides normally applied in the mainstream smoke, UPLC-MS / MS is established by an internal standard quantifying method by using ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometer so as to provide quick analysis on residues of 111 common pesticides in the mainstream smoke; compared with standard methods for measuring pesticide residue in tobacco leaf, the method combines detection indexes of two standard methods and adds propamocarb, thus improving sensitivity of the method, shortening analytical time and reducing detection time; compared with reported GC methods, the method has increased detection accuracy; by applying small-particle-size UPLC chromatographic columns, separating capacity is improved, and analytical time is saved.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of pesticide residue detection, and relates to the detection technology of pesticide residues in mainstream smoke, in particular to a method for measuring the content of 11 commonly used pesticides in mainstream smoke of cigarettes, specifically detecting secbutaline, carbendazim, Imidacloprid, Blastifin, Metalaxyl, Myclobutanil, Pendimethalin, Propamocarb, Thiophanate-methyl, Triadimefon, and Triadimenol. Background technique [0002] The control of pesticide residues in tobacco and tobacco products is an important means to ensure the safety of smoking tobacco products, and has attracted much attention in recent years. At present, the types of pesticides used during tobacco growth mainly include fungicides, insecticides, herbicides and sprout inhibitors. Commonly used fungicides in tobacco planting include propamocarb, carbendazim, metalaxyl, myclobutanazole, rice blastazim, thiophanate-methyl, triadimenol and triad...
