A rock sample is arranged in a pressure chamber of a three-axis rheological testing device, and confining pressure is applied to the rock sample through a hydraulic system; the temperature in the pressure chamber is controlled through adjusting the temperature of hydraulic oil; two chemical solution storage chambers are used for flushing a chemical solution into the bottom and top of the rock sample respectively, and applying bottom osmotic pressure and top osmotic pressure to the rock sample; and after the confining pressure, the osmotic pressure, the temperature and the concentration of the chemical solution are stabilized, a three-axis rheological test is carried out.
