Abstract

The invention discloses an AUX signal testing system and a method. The system comprises a signal receiving unit, a signal acquisition unit and a signal transmission unit, wherein the three units are sequentially connected. The signal receiving unit is used for eliminating the clutter of a detected signal and amplifying the detected signal. The signal acquisition unit is used for conducting the differential-to-single-ended treatment on the processed signal and then sampling the single-ended signal according to a superstratum-set sampling frequency until sampled data reach a preset sampling depth. The signal transmission unit is used for sending the sampled data to an external host computer. The host computer conducts the waveform drawing and the data analysis according to the received sampled data. The AUX signal testing method is conducted based on the above device. According to the method, data are sampled according to a preset sampling frequency and signals meeting a triggering condition are triggered to be distributed to a signal storage unit till meeting the preset sampling depth. Meanwhile, an external PC extracts data stored in the signal storage unit to conduct the waveform drawing and the data analysis on the data. After that, analyzed data are reduced to a signal waveform at another place. Therefore, the system and the method are high in efficiency and are applicable to the working mode of the collaborative test development at two places.
