Abstract

The invention discloses a process optimization method based on a process modeling and a simulation technology. The process optimization method includes the steps of: establishing a process model by combining defined processes of a project; establishing a project level process resource model and an organization level process resource model based on historical metric data; generating a process performance base line and a process performance model associated with a time limit and a workload based on the organization level process resource model; defining process variables in a tool according to the process performance base line, and setting up default ranges of the process variables; setting up a corresponding formula in the tool according to the formula of the process performance model; removing a bottleneck in the process during the simulation execution of the process model; establishing a process optimization criterion; and performing simulation on the process model, transmitting a group of parameters associated with the time limit, the workload and the quality in the process simulation execution, obtaining a dynamic execution result according to an association relation of the current state and parameters of the process simulation execution, and selecting different optimization schemes according to the dynamic execution result and the established process optimization criterion.
