Abstract

The invention discloses an aero-engine fuel oil heating test method and test device which are used for heating test control for external fuel oil systems of aero-engines. The fuel oil heating test method comprises following steps: a required preset temperature value of fuel oil after being heated is received, and an inlet fuel oil temperature value of the external fuel oil system at an inlet of a heating device is collected and received; fuel oil flow of an aero-engine is collected and received in real time; on the basis of the difference value between the inlet fuel oil temperature value and the preset temperature value, and the fuel oil flow, the heating power value of the heating device is calculated; and the output heating power of the heating device is regulated according to the obtained heating power value. The heating power value changes along with the fuel oil flow changes due to changes of aero-engine working condition so that the accuracy of transient control of heating control is increased, the dynamic response time is short, the stable state precision of temperature control is increased, and therefore, the performance requirement of aero-engine fuel oil heating test is satisfied.
