The fixing body (8) comprises a bottom shoulder part which is provided with a shoulder surface (81) used for carrying the back of the PCB, and a vertical column part (9) which is formed integrally and is perpendicular to the shoulder surface (81). The vertical column part (9) comprises a bottom cylindrical root (92) which is integrally connected with the shoulder surface (81) and is used for being jointed with a fixed hole in the PCB, a cylindrical top (91) which is disposed at the end of the top, and a middle connecting part which is between the cylindrical root (92) and the cylindrical top (91) and is shaped as a cylinder as a whole.
