The method comprises: presetting a relational database, wherein the relational database comprises an entity object, a corresponding user identifier and a corresponding permission information binding relationship, and the binding relationship has time interval information; receiving an access request for the entity object, wherein the access request comprises an access user identifier and an access time stamp; and when the access user identifier is consistent with a user identifier corresponding to the entity object and the access time stamp is in the time interval information, opening permission information corresponding to the entity object for the access request.
