The top end of the insulation pillar is fixedly provided with a busbar fixation fitting conductively and fixedly connected with a busbar; the bottom portion of the insulation pillar is provided with a bottom connection fitting for enabling the insulation pillar to be arranged on a metal structural piece in the switch cabinet; the bottom end of the insulation pillar is provided with a signal output end in clearance fit with an installation hole in the metal structural piece; and the insulation pillar is provided with a voltage divider for realizing voltage transmission between the busbar fixation fitting and the signal output end.
