The gas water heater comprises a first hot water outlet and a second hot water outlet, and the hot water temperature is changed by adopting a method of controlling two-way hot water flow through a water valve; when the hot water flow of the first hot water outlet is relatively increased, burning fire of the gas water heater is increased, and the hot water temperature is increased; when the hot water flow of the first hot water outlet is relatively reduced, the burning power of the gas water heater is reduced, and the hot water temperature is reduced; and regulating sensitivity is subjected to compensation control by virtue of the inlet cold water temperature of the water heater.
