Problems solved by technology

However, while affirming the therapeutic effect, it has to be admitted that the drug resistance of tumor cells is an important reason for the metastasis and recurrence of ER-positive breast cancer, and the drug resistance of tamoxifen is the main reason for limiting its clinical efficacy.

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments, which are explanations of the present invention rather than limitations.

[0019] Tamoxifen plays an important role in the treatment of breast cancer, but the emergence of drug resistance is the main reason for limiting its clinical efficacy. To clarify the biological function and mechanism of new microRNAs in breast cancer cell resistance to tamoxifen provides new biological target options for effectively improving the clinical efficacy of breast cancer.

[0020] The invention discloses a tumor drug-resistant microRNA molecule, which is MiR-141, and its nucleotide sequence is UAACACUGUCUGGUAAAGAUGG.

[0021] The present invention also discloses the use of MiR-141 as a drug target for designing anti-breast cancer tamoxifen drug resistance, and the application of MiR-141 in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer tamoxifen drug resistance, and according to this Targ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a microRNA (ribonucleic acid) molecule MiR-141 related to tamoxifen resistance and an application of the microRNA molecule MiR-141 and belongs to the field of tumor biotherapy. The nucleotide sequence of the microRNA molecule MiR-141 related to tamoxifen resistance is shown as SEQ ID. No.1. The MiR-141 has the characteristics of low expression in ER (estrogen receptor) positive breast cancer tamoxifen resistant cells and high expression in ER positive breast cancer tamoxifen sensitive cells, and is a novel breast cancer tamoxifen resistance marker. Therefore, a novel target is provided for design of a drug resisting breast cancer tamoxifen resistance, and on the basis, the target is used for designing and developing novel drugs directly aiming at the breast cancer tamoxifen resistance. The MiR-141 has the biological function and the action mechanism for promoting drug resistance of breast cancer cells and provides an effective way for effectively reversing the breast cancer tamoxifen resistance and improving the clinical chemotherapy effect on the breast cancer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of tumor biological treatment, and relates to a microRNA molecule MiR-141 related to tamoxifen drug resistance and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, and its high incidence seriously threatens women's health. Currently, tamoxifen-based endocrine therapy is of great significance for the efficacy of estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer patients. [0003] Tamoxifen is currently the clinical first-line drug for the treatment of ER-positive breast cancer. The drug is a competitive antagonist of estradiol, which can attenuate the tumor proliferation mediated by estrogen receptor by competitively binding with estradiol to estrogen receptor. Metastasis-related signal transduction, so as to achieve the effect of tumor treatment. But while affirming the therapeutic effect, it has to be admitted that the drug resistance of tumor cells i...
