Abstract

The invention discloses a collection system, judgment system, collection method and judgment method for a vibration state of a breaker housing. The collection system and the judgment system mainly comprise an acceleration sensor, a signal conditioning module, a trigger circuit, an SPI, a DSP system and an ARM system, wherein the acceleration sensor is connected to the signal conditioning module; an output end of the signal conditioning module is connected to the DSP system; the DSP system is connected to the ARM system by the SPI; and an output contact point of the trigger circuit is connected to the DSP system. The systems also comprise a touch display screen, wherein the touch display screen is connected to the ARM system. The system monitors vibration of the breaker housing so as to carry out state diagnosis of a breaker. The set of systems is based on an embedded system, requires small space, realizes friendly human-computer interactions, helps maintenance staffs determine a working state of the breaker easily and can prolong service life of the breaker.
