Problems solved by technology

[0006] 1) Serious direct friction and wear will directly occur between the elements that are in contact with each other, that is, the locking elements such as the outer cover 26-chuck 21-guide member 27;
[0007] 2) Due to this, actually, the locking of the guide rod member 27 cannot be performed smoothly and quickly, etc.
[0011] 1) Needless to say, its composition is complicated;
[0012] 2) Even very skilled technicians are difficult to correctly and quickly assemble the elements 33-38 in the narrow space of the outer cover 32;
[0013] 3) On the contrary, the operation of each element 33-38 is also very cumbersome and inconvenient when disassembling
[0014] In addition, in this structure 30, when the guide rod member 31 is locked or released, the retainer 36 moves within a certain range, and this phenomenon is caused by the following combination of reasons, resulting in that the locking function cannot be stably exerted

Embodiment Construction

[0054] The features and effects of the guide rod member locking device (hereinafter referred to as "locking device") of the present invention described or not described above will be clarified through the description of the following embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the various embodiments, the same reference numerals are used for elements with the same function.

[0055] refer to Figure 4It can be known that a locking device according to an embodiment of the present invention is marked with a reference numeral "100". The locking device 100 includes: a body 110 with a vertical hole 111 inside; a block 120 and a piston 130 arranged in a row inside the vertical hole 111, and the block 120 is a ring shape. The guide rod member 140 can be movably arranged in the axial direction (X-X) through the block 120 and the piston 130 .

[0056] Below, will refer to Figure 4 to Figure 7 The respective constituent elements 110 , 120 , 130 , and 140 will be des...

Abstract

The present invention generally relates to a device for locking an axially movable rod member. The device includes a ring-type locking unit and a piston serially arranged along the hole, wherein the rod member is disposed in the hole to be axially movable through the locking unit and the piston. The locking unit may be a lock block including an outer ring having an inclined surface on one side thereof, thereby defining a wedge-type space, an inner ring coaxially disposed in one side of the outer ring and accommodating a pressurizing member interacting with the inclined surface, and a spring disposed in the other side of the outer ring so as to elastically connect the outer ring and the inner ring. The locking unit is a locking module. The device for locking the axially movable rod member has advantages of simple structure, easy assembling and easy detachment.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a locking device that can be suitably used for fixing and releasing a guide rod member provided so as to be able to move in the axial direction. Background technique [0002] figure 1 It relates to an adsorption device used in a common vacuum transfer system. The device 10 includes: a plurality of standard compensators 13 connected to the vacuum chamber 11 . Each level compensator 13 includes: a tubular guide rod member 14 inserted into the connecting portion 12 of the chamber 11 at one end; an adsorption pad 15 connected to the other end of the guide rod member 14; A spring 16 extending between the connecting portion 12 and the suction pad 15 . [0003] In this structure, the guide rod member 14 is movable in the axial direction. Therefore, even when the surface of the object P as a whole is not very flat, each adsorption pad 15 can be brought into corresponding contact with the surface of the object P at an optima...
