The method comprises the steps in which, a passenger terminal initiates a taxi reservation request to a server; the server broadcasts the taxi reservation request to all taxi terminal devices in a preset range; the server generates identification information after receiving intention to carry a passenger first returned among all the taxi terminal devices with respect to the taxi reservation request, and transmits the identification information to the passenger terminal device and the taxi terminal device that first returns the intention to carry the passenger among the taxi terminal devices; and the taxi terminal device controls a corresponding identification signal output device located at an eye-catching position outside the taxi based on the identification information to transmit an identification signal for the passenger to identify when approaching the passenger terminal device to be within a set first distance range.
