An ice source heat pump water heater comprises an air exchanger, a first-level exchanger, a circulating water pump and a second-level exchanger. The air exchanger comprises a shell, a filling chamber and an ice source solution accumulation pool. An air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the side walls of the shell. The first-level exchanger is communicated with a connector of a reversing four-way valve, and the other three connectors of the reversing four-way valve are connected with a refrigerant backflow pipe of an air conditioner indoor unit, connected with an inlet of a compressor through an air-liquid separator and connected with the second-level exchanger respectively. The second-level exchanger is connected with an outlet of the compressor. Two water collecting openings of the second-level exchanger are communicated with a water inlet and a water outlet of a heat preservation hot water tank. By means of an outer unit, the ice source heat pump water heater can be used for an air conditioner and can be used for a water heater at the same time, the input cost of a barbershop is reduced, and mounting procedures are reduced; and refrigerant media which cannot be frozen at the temperature of -30 DEG C and air are subjected to heat exchange, so that the refrigerant media serve as a refrigerating medium or heating medium, energy consumption is low, and the ice source heat pump water heater can adapt to frigid-weather environment.
