A steel screen plate is arranged at the portion, below a spindle, of the shell. A slurry storage bin and a slurry feeder are arranged at the portion, below the steel screen plate, of the shell. A flexible slurry outlet is formed in the rear portion of the slurry storage bin. A motor is connected with the spindle through a driving mechanism. A smashing mechanism comprises the spindle supported on the shell, at least one set of impellers and a plurality of smashing cutter sets, wherein the impellers are mounted on the feeding side of the spindle, the multiple smashing cutter sets are detachably mounted on the spindle and located on the rear sides of the impellers, and at least one smashing cutter set is correspondingly arranged on one side of the discharge outlet.
