The invention relates to an inserting-clamping type environment cleaning device, which comprises a main body and two cleaning plates, wherein the main body comprises a holding rod, a connecting mechanism and two cleaning plate bases; the holding rod is connected to the connecting mechanism; the two cleaning plate bases are respectively pin-jointed to two pin-joint parts which are arranged on the two sides of the connecting mechanism; the two cleaning plate bases, relative to the connecting mechanism are pivotal between an unfolded position and a folded position; each of the cleaning plate bases is provided with a sliding part; each of the various cleaning plates is provided with a cleaning component and a combining plate body; the cleaning components are arranged on the lower surfaces of the combining plate bodies; each of the combining plate bodies is provided with a sliding corresponding part which is in correspondence to the sliding part; each of the sliding corresponding parts, in a detaching direction which is actually parallel to the lower surface of each of the combining plate bodies, slides on or is detached away from the sliding part of each of the cleaning plate bases; therefore, the cleaning plates, instead of the entire group of the cleaning devices, can be replaced.
