Electric devices are slidably installed on the fixed installation slide blocks via the slide grooves. The power distribution cabinet is novel in structure and highly safe, so loss of electric elements in the power distribution cabinet caused by rain weather is greatly reduced. A rotary camera head can effectively monitor situation in the power distribution cabinet. A control panel is allowed to control a hydraulic cylinder so as to allow electric devices to be raised, thereby protecting the power distribution cabinet against immersion by rain, and effectively protecting the electric elements. When the rain is too high, the control panel controls the electric devices so as to timely switch off the electric devices, so danger situations like a short circuit, an open circuit and electric leakage will be avoided.
